If your preferred day and time is not available online, please contact us at 831-747-1423 to see if we have an available appointment as sometimes there are cancellations.

Scheduling your appointment times and duration prior to your arrival is recommended to ensure receiving your preferred times. If a 60 minute session is initially scheduled and you wish to extend the session upon arrival we will do everything to accommodate you if additional time is available.

We request all cell phones are silenced and jewelry removed prior to entering the spa.

*Please note that we value everyone’s time and a late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. If you are late for your appointment, your service will still end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
